Dempsey Mork - That's interesting. I might have to look up that DOJ suit against Dempsey Mork to see what that was all about.

This GNCC one is so odd.

According to his website he moved it to Delaware and sold it.

You can see at the Nevada SOS it was merged out on January 17, 2018, but the Delaware entity for Bright Green Cannabis Inc didn't exist until February 20, 2018

On January 16, 2018 (the day before the shell was moved out of Nevada) Dempsey Mork set up an entity in Wyoming named Bright Green Cannabis Inc

That Wyoming entity was merged with another Dempsey Mork entity named Bright Green Cannabis Inc from Oklahoma on January 26, 2018



Bright Green Cannabis Inc was set up in Oklahoma on the same day as the Wyoming entity - January 16, 2018





So let's revew.

Dempsey Mork hijacks the GNCC shell in 2017

He changes the name of the shell to Oxford Corporation at the Nevada SOS on December 19, 2017

On January 16, 2018, Dempsey Mork sets up a Bright Green Cannabis Inc in Oklahoma and in Wyoming.

On January 17, 2018, Dempsey Mork merges the GNCC shell out of Nevada but there is no merge in filing that I can find at any state.

On January 26, 2018, Dempsey Mork merges his Oklahoma Bright Green Cannabis Inc with his Wyoming Bright Green Cannabis Inc.

On February 20, 2018, Dempsey Mork sets up a Bright Green Cannabis Inc in Delaware.

The Dempsey Mork website says that GNCC is a Delaware business entity.

So obviously the plan is to rename the GNCC shell to Bright Green Cannabis Inc but will it be a Wyoming entity or Delaware entity or will it follow the same pattern as the other Dempsey Mork shells and go back to Nevada?
