Whether a Non-Disclosure Agreement exists or not, the company could have managed shareholder relations better, took steps to mitigate dilution impact, etc..

It questions whether management is in control of company or it had fallen prey to the sharks!

I’m pretty sure this “star-studded” and accomplished management team did not want their BIO reading..
