The way I see it is.

UHLN is the parent CO and owns 100% of SSAC

Supreme Sweets Acquisition Corp. will own 100% of Supreme Sweets
Mario will own 20% of SSAC

Therefore, if SSAC obtains other companies Mario will be involved in those also.
