I'm not too sure about the $20. So far every link I could get a sample pricing from for the GDPR Framework has priced "add-ons" no less than around $600 to $1200 per month. Not disagreeing with what you suggest I just see a lot of examples indicating higher subscription rates. I guess we'll have to wait until Jason gives us some numbers.
