I don't see any "clear manipulation." How is it clear?

Medical device revenue is driven almost entirely by medical reimbursement. They do not have it so don't bank on big revenue. The Plagen's distribution agreement is to begin setting up a model based on worker's compensation. That will take time to set up in just the great lakes region alone. Then they will have to go state by state.

I am more concentrated on TBI because it does not have a treatment and drugs cannot reach the brain. So if successful, ENDV will have a big blockbuster. FYI...I went through the Helius Medical Technologies presentation and they are pricing their device for TBI at $25k to $40k. So that makes it a $2b to $5b market for TBI alone.
