The good news is that Frank is tweeting updates. This is a sign of his involvement and seriousness to get this ticker into shape. He isnt lying, he just gives poor estimates. If you don't want to be disappointed in the future, add one or two months to his estimates. Then, when its earlier than expected, he's a hero again, lol
lol he said two weeks ago the OS would be communicated every week... He said q1 fins is a piece of cake... Now it's another couple weeks.. how dumb can someone be.. instead of eluding the q1 fins would be out rather quickly.. and attorney letter would be out very soon he changes the dates... It's real simple...folks the q1 fins will be done in three weeks. As soon as they are done the attorney letter will be done. He gagged the TA because he was diluting the hell out of the shares...
