Maybe I am misunderstanding your question. The quote from the 10q you cited stated as of 4/30 there were 256m. I was replying that as of 6/18 the 10q stated the OS was 790m and increase of over 434m shares since 4/30.

I thought, and perhaps incorrectly, you were asking as of 7/10 are they still converting. Pretty sure most if not all have converted.
