Someone else posted a co. email saying only 25K of the 150 had been converted @that date (see earlier posts) but no rates given.
Very fishy goings-on. I just emailed Hart to ask if he can clarify.

Thank you for your email and interest in DRUS.
Currently there are $150,000 of Notes available to convert.
There are another $350,000 of Notes beyond that, but cannot currently
convert.
We are working on buying those out and having them not convert.
Additionally, DRUS has not over past 4 months and will not take on any
more Notes.
Currently there are 155 million shares outstanding.
