The only thing I see left here is an orchestrated P&D if someone is foolish enough to buy enough shares to make it worthwhile. The convertible note holders can't do anything because there aren't any shares available, and shares can't be made available without a shareholder vote, and the shareholders aren't likely to approve more dilution with no hope for a return. Sort of a catch 22 death trap. I've taken my losses and moved on years ago when it became evident that there was no path forward.
