Well after filing a reverse split like this with the SEC they have to wait a minimum of 10 days before they actually do the reverse split. It looks like their target date is July 29th based on the filing with an anticipated closing stock price of 0.0008. I would anticipate all of that coming true. I am not sure if there is anything that could stop this from happening

Why bother, this company is a pos, Gordon and the team have been broke and as I said they have been selling shares for their own breakfast or to make it short we all get ripped off!!! Long live Gordon and the team!!
