The announcement of the turn-around expert reminds one of the announcement some years ago of contracting with that kooky professor as a cold fusion expert.
After Cyclone was widely laughed at they issued a clarification saying, basically, they weren't going to follow any of their new consultant's advice, they just wanted to keep abreast of all energy developments. Regardless of how bogus the science might be.
Just like that PR where they quoted the cold fusion consultant saying how thrilled he was to be working with Cyclone, this new consultant offers a bunch of meaningless jargon:
I wonder what will come first: the retainer runs out and Cyclone never mentions the guy again, or the guy figures out he has been blatantly lied to about that "efficient, all-fuel, low emission engine with excellent power/weight/optimization ratios" and quits?
Most likely the former. There is no SEC filing about him becoming a major shareholder. His retainer was probably already spent providing that quote.
Same old Frankie Fruge manipulation of investors. Try to wrap Cyclone up in the credibility of respectable people and announce things she knows will never come true.
Is this guy the fourth business consultant Cyclone has hired, or the fifth? It's hard to keep track.
Hasn't Frankie been emphasizing lately that Cyclone is not and has never been in the manufacturing business? (We will conveniently forget about all the past production announcements and that "factory" they set up in Ohio.)
Looks like the previously claimed $5 million is turning into $1 million. Of course, even that depends on meeting milestones, like demonstrating a working engine, that Cyclone will never meet.
I feel kind of bad for their partner "in a cell phone tower". Maybe the fire department could get him out.
And in the other PR:
I wonder what "equipment and manpower" that is, and why they were only able to get them now that they are penniless and not when they were spending tens of millions?
The engines still don't work. "Electrical engineers", plural. No mechanical engineers to fix the fundamental problems with the Harry Schoell design. We should expect to see new displays of engines soon. They will be shiney like all the fake display engines of the past, but now will be covered with wires and blinking lights. Maybe they will even go "ping".
Then Harry and Frankie will start a whole new round of scamming investors.
