if you notice... and actually read it... he is getting shares post reverse stock split. its ok that you you struggle to understand SEC filings but you don't need to be on here trying to tell people this is going to be a reverse merger..... there is nothing in the documentation referencing even the thought of merging in any aspect or being bought out.... just stop....
