How would someone know our TA is gagged?

Hi Tjainlv, the way to find out if the TA is gagged is by calling the transfer agent, they will let you know whether it's gagged or not. If they give you an updated share structure then it's not gagged, but if it's gagged they will specifically say that or "You need to get that information from the company, we're not allowed to disclose that"
