Long story , I traded for years as low float so when Taglich fund went deep so did I, but they had wrong business plan , as got rid of old legacy business winning awards building sites to hiring expensive coders to back a single revolutionary APP.....Problem was it caused quick negative cash flows and 2-3 splits each time diluting in 1/2's killed my 30K hold and they lost their 5 million low float status but many traders forget they are not really low float anymore and spike moves on false chart readings, propped by glib PR's.
