Ya I would look into Scott Keevil, and Midnight capital as they are being sued by Sarissa Resources. Ben Ward former CEO is also being looked into for his actions here.

Maricann also revealed that the OSC began investigating CEO Ben Ward on Feb. 8 for his "activities" while he was the head of another marijuana firm — Canadian Cannabis Corp.

It is alive but it may go down from here a bit. It got back to the twenties in the last round I believe.
