I am curious, what benefit would it be not announcing when they do file IND compared to waiting the 30 days and then announcing it was filed and approved.

I think announcing it separately would give boost to price 2 times and possibly more exposer that the IND has been file and is now waiting 30 day approval period. Just my opinion
