Totally wrong, the_fund....this is not HCCA, which never ever traded on NASDAQ. Also, it underwent two reverse splits years ago, and probably never traded in the dollars, not adjusted for splits.

I do see where they did pass the audit and they have already filed with the SEC. I am just waiting for the outcome of the application now. Thanks to all for you input!
