The reason the stock is sub penny apart from the dilution is that GHS has been dumping the unauthorized stock they bought on good news so that whenever a positive announcement is made the share price goes down instead of up which is the most frustrating thing to shareholders.About 20 million shares traded today on no news!!!Time for a shareholders meeting,they are in violation of SEC law by not calling one last year.
