Stock is dead with no news except some secret real estate deal in Europe- Secret CEO, wont answer the phone, wont return emails. Wont give shareholders updates except to say they have plans??? PCG says in complete startup but they are very busy (DOING WHAT?)

This is from May 2018 and no peep since. Thats when alot of us got in on the ride to .30+...Now some of us including me have 4 times more invested in this stock to try to average down so not to lose my pants and still goes down.
Someone that has been around...please comment on any silver linings ahead- Thanks
