SNS, I would disagree with the statement that we could not stay on NASDAQ.

If Ms. Simpson would have followed through on filing an appeal, that would have given her enough time to issue the preferred shares to force the vote and get the 1:350 split and the share price would have met the minimum "Bid Price" required by NASDAQ to remain listed.

She took a voluntary delisting instead.

Unfortunately the big and little boys have been jumping ship. If she is to Turn The Ship around, she will need new money as well as big money.

As we are now on OTC, many institutions are forbidden by their own company policy from purchasing shares. Others that can have a minimum price that they will not go below. Some are $5 others are $10 etc, each have their own minimum price requirement.

I agree revenue is a problem and will continue to be until FDA approval comes.
