I hear you Doyle, but this is the OTC Market. Many OTC companies would sell their soul to be at .03 without a RS.

BIEL was at .0004 when they received FDA OTC Clearance and shot up 6x. I have learned over the years it is all about percentage gains not pennies, dimes or dollars.

What we need is a couple of positive events and possibly a partnership to show a revenue generating path forward. When that happens the .037 SP won't matter to investors.
