Is this a new video? Looks like an older style turbomill unless they are setting the system up just now or adding these to an existing solar installation.
When you get a chance see if that was recent.
Bates stated they will be deploying all kinds of needed stuff there so there might be some things we have not seen before. I know in some recent stuff I have read they have the huge tower XLs , the millboards and even one with solar/wind/thermal similar to a test project they did for the national guard years ago..
