Yes, but my planning was for the next three years. I think they will want to begin construction of buildings 3-6 a year from now at the latest. If only because 6 buildings is a lot more efficient than 2. A lot of the infrastructure they built already supports 6 buildings IMO. And it looks good for the IPO. So they need money for that soon, right. Preferably.
