i took the fdbl 5.5 billion shares and broke it down to 5500 millions then multiplied the 5500 by 545 and just shy of 3,000,000 shares.so if everything stays the same no more dilution we should get about 545 shares each for every million shares we own of fdbl.remember fdbl is the acquiror and sharps the acquiree but for sure there will be a name change.imo
