Still optimistic chomp.
I just don't think this type of project moves as fast as people expect.
Next week will be 3 months since the erc.

Have been optimistic since I read the report last year on the plan by Quang nam to revive sericulture.
Plus the direction the province is moving.
They want hi tech and top of the line products.

But the process takes time.
Hit the ground running is useless to me without scale.
Unfortunately Kim had a chance a couple weeks ago to let us know,but didn't.
So it was good that the initial amount of mulberry available to us was released at the meeting at 5ha.
I thought it would be less than 3,but it isn't anywhere near the 200ha some may have been thinking.

People can finally forget about farmers already with eggs or construction already happening.

I stated a couple weeks ago I doubt they will break ground at dai loc before the start of 2019.
I still believe this to be the case.
