None of that is correct.

*RMHB was paid $48,000 for the beverages

*She bought them to ship to China then found out she did not have the requisite import permits from China.

*the importing issue has been resolved with the Chinese authorities.

*they were unable to get it zoned for beverage production.

They dumped unsold, expired crap at the decrepit abandoned hotel so they wouldn't have to pay to store it or dispose of it properly. Li paid nothing, and never planned to ship it to China - are you saying she didn't think of or resolve the bogus "permits" issued before she (according to you) plunked down $48,000? Isn't it amusing that RMHB used the exact same "government paperwork" issue to try and explain the Canada deal, the India deal, and the Mexico deal? Geeee maybe you think they would have LEARNED something along the way? LLOLLOLLOL

The property is and has been zoned for hotels etc etc. Any attorney - or anyone who thought about it for a few seconds - would have told them there's no easy way to rezone hotel use for manufacturing use. Once again.. are you saying that never occurred to ANYONE before the "deal" was closed???? LLOLLOLLOL

Funny how that $48000 sale never made it on to any of the financial reports. So let's see....Would Grisaffi lie to the SEC and not disclose the $48000 sale on a 10q report? Or would he lie to you regarding why that product ended up in an abandoned hotel? It's hard to say, as he is a proven liar, but I'm going to guess that he wouldn't want to give the SEC any more ammo than they've already got against him, so I'm gonna say he lied to you.
