A CEO doesn’t turn something around overnight. You cannot fault him for not getting partnerships yet. And he has no control over the share price.

Really?? At this point you need to look at what he has done. He has slashed payroll and bought some shares on the open market along with a few other insiders. It wasn’t a tremendous amount but it was good faith money nevertheless. Ken just got here so he should be granted time before passing judgment good or bad.

Btw, insiders don’t buy if they are going to do a reverse split. Secondary, it’s possible to look at the buy to lower their cost base for an anticipated sale of the company. For example the good doctor who bought 15k more shares and the BOD’s 50k shares.
