Apparently SEC dates it the day before suspension, I had same inquiry ...

no, there was no advance warning but it is something i question. for years suspension notices were dated the same day of the suspension. that was easy. but then a number of months ago they changed, dating the notice the day before the actual suspension date. the logic of that is obvious considering that the suspension order would have been signed off on the day before but it causes questions about advance notice. but the reality is that only the sec knows ahead of time.

"Help me out here."

Too late. Best you can hope for is to gett ~OUTT on a matched trade before there are no more opportunities for yer sell order to be matched.

That's what a lott of pennyvestors miss - how hard it can be to gett ~OUTT of grey market pennyscams that have been suspended.

Some try to hold on and hope for the deadcat bounce - prollem is that when a deadcat comes, they may nott be able to gett ~OUTT because while the PPS may bump upp temporarily, by the time the deadcat rolls around, the volume can be so dried upp that sellers can't gett ~OUTT because their broker doesn't have a matched order to execute. So they sit and watch the deadcat and can't gett their sell executed.

That's why it's best to gett ~OUTT ASAP when an SEC suspended pennyscam ticker first begins to trade on the grey market.
