Really surprised by this move... The entire purpose/plan for the warrants was to provide "Recovery" for not only the stockholders but the investors as well. Most of the new board members represent the largest investor pool. So what exactly is their motive??? IMO seems like they are trying to put themselves into a position of SALE (in pieces or the whole burrito) Can't fathom any company buying the whole company. (RMS, Origination and Servicing) Only the piece or pieces that can enhance a companies delivery systems and bring in additional revenue. Management just can not be trusted and void of true leadership.
