First of all you are wrong it is not a fertilizer it is a growing medium.

INOH has had distribution rights for 7 months and have not sold a single bag or pallet.


There are 7 companies selling charcoal potting soil when you do a google search. Humans have been using this for 2000 years (AZTECS and INCAS)again it is nothing new.

That PR was sent out to sell shares and nothing more.


Most of the grow facilities have changed to a soilless mix so Goldie again is a year behind the technology.

A: No toxic debt will be considered. Period.

A: We are negotiating with debt holders and expect that they will be settled without further dilution. There is some existing converted overhang, which, where possible, will be returned to treasury based upon settlement agreements.

Q: Will the company do a reverse split?

A: We do not feel that is necessary and, with our current business, we feel we can see the price per share increase to reflect our value.

Q: Bio-Char updates?
