As a realist, have posted many times that any court was not the solution. Only hope for us "Bagholders," is for Treasury/FHFA or Congress to release and recap.

The Bhatti case reminds me of the DE case where "Judge" attorney Steele was going to argue an easy victory. A lot of false hope generated by a few that did shareholders no good.

It will take time, but the GSEs will be released eventually and as a Bagholder, I will hold until the biter end.

Good luck to my fellow realists and Bagholders - only a loss on paper for now.

There is Collins that’s always been our best bet. Bhatti has always been a week case. But i’m not too optimistic either. Right now no one wants to touch the GSE until a new congress is in order with the old antiGSE hawks gone come September.
