After looking into some filing history and recent (intermittent) volume, the most recent ceo may be waiting out some of the debts by the chicago based financier, to whatever extent any debt even exists after the recent SEC changes in April. The CEO may be as common as most of these penny plays but CATV sure looks worthy of investigating :)
