Thanks khenry for sharing your interesting thoughts. Your point on the need for a decision from the International BOD is well taken.

To add to your interesting point, IMO I think there might be something of value involved to require such a NA business model decision from the Cann10 International BOD and require the BLDV CEO to attend their meeting in Israel given that:

1. Cann10 previously announced their decision to enter North America

2. Cann10's interest to take equity positions in production facilities worldwide

It will be interesting to see the impact of this decision on the NA business model and whether, given # 2 above, it will help BLDV's Canadian strategic partners since we have not received any recent updates on the financing efforts for them.
