They'd have to get PPS above $1.00 for Nasdaq and with over 225 million shares out there +/-, they's also have to do stock buyback or split to reduce that amount as well... If they do not uplist right now, with all of the last 2 years' PR's and filings, they can be ruined FAST as another OTC pump & dump scheme...
