Thank you MFN. I have been picking up 22s today. Definitely have mixed emotions. Happy to be buying so cheap but not happy to see ONCI so undervalued.

SB confirmed to me this morning that the share reduction is complete. We should be seeing this reflected on OTC markets soon.

At 5x earnings with a 3 billion OS and 4 million revs for the year, true share value is .007. Business is profitable and growing. Today's PPS is like holding AA before the flop. Getting in here is getting your money in good. ALL GOOD.

3(a)(10)'s no need for spooky or ominous undertones as SEC Regulations & Rules aka Laws clearly do not allow any payments from any company to any 3(a)(10) guarantor for said type debt reduction deal (much less a supposed one off to try & justify reported numbers/revenues)

3(a)(10) guarantors are awarded stock + discount to market & the investing public provides the cash/money/liquidity to/for said guarantor NOT the company.

quite familiar w/ 3(a)(10)s myself

been around since the P was put in Pipe Funding

Net profit matched the margins once again, if you take out the one-time costs for extinguishing the debt through the 3(a)(10) transaction.

You people are forgetting one thing here!!! When a company does this much diluting it usually winds up doing a R/S before it is all said and done. I don't care how good the price is when your buying. R/S wipes out all gains
