IMO being boxed in for the deal to hatch.
Some set formula so hatch works right. Have seen this before (but not with sub-pennies).
Do not know the formula or how and when things will happen but there are some things people have to keep in mind.
If we just pop open on NYSE you will have to see what the market cap is to judge where you stand in relation to the potential.
Here are some basics.
Prior high market cap back in 2014 or 2015? I believe ... 160 million
This was before ImpactPPA and when WSTI was a company with a lot of debt and much lower sales and a pipeline about 1/3 of where it is now.
So add a crypto angle, higher sales and pipeline, better market conditions and the huge India deal and you get the potential for much higher levels.
Why is this important? Well if your translated shares wind up opening 6x from here you might be disappointed. But if that market cap upon listing is low enough it will run hard.
If done right (share redemptions, combo of companies, tons of positive PR) we could have one of the most successful initial listings ever.
Just judge where you are in relation to that market cap figure
