I politely will disagree - I think the TopLine results for P will be released prior to the BTD for B-OM.

If Breakthrough is the first “milestone” it will be purely by chance. But if there is a logic to the sequence...BTD then P results = Deal - then maybe that’s what they’re counting on. Lord help us if we’re counting on a federal agency!
