If it helps at all...I mentioned this to a good friend of mine who is a CPA. He said we are fine and the SEC has strict rules against anything like that. Plus, he said the SEC monitors all the chat boards, FB pages and blogs looking for things wrong these days. I’m sure no attorney’s or banks would associate themselves with a company scamming stock holders.
