P.S. RS banter in Pennyland is simply fodder for anyone hoping to catch a stock at firesale prices. Why would anyone think a Pennystock that cannot hold value will suddenly hold value in Dollar World? There is simply no rfeason for a RS at Breathtec and I find it puzzling how it always creeps into the conversation at some point by old and new posters.

There's still 25 percent of stock unissued. That's a pretty good runway if you got a real CEO to pilot the plane. Management is the only true flaw I see ayt Breathtec. They simply do not have all the pieces/personnel in place IMO. Their trying to do it on a shoestring and doing nothing but tripping all over themselves. A pathetic situation to say the least...
