I sense the Company, without proclamation or fanfare, has quite possibly submitted, at an earlier given time, their request for BTD assigning to B-OM and are perhaps merely in the waiting process for a return response from the FDA. Looks to be not only milestone payments from the Aspire funding agreement but perhaps the signing of a possible partnership or buy-out both hinging on whether the FDA's gives its approval.
