Right! The MM know that's exactly is going on. That's why the biggie naked shorting knowing they can cover on the cheap by driving the pps down notoriously!

It's not a secret that noteholder conversions have been occurring here since June 13th, but according to IR they're almost complete and clearly DRUS mgmt. has been putting that financing received to very good use!!!

I bet DRUS mgmt. updates their share structure numbers on OTC Markets soon...and when they do they'll probably simultaneously advise the market that all this recent dilutive overhang has now been extinguished>>>

There will be additional news, but I cannot share what or when exactly.
The float has been increasing over past few weeks due to some Convertible Note conversions.
We are nearing the end of that and have not taken on and have no plans to take any additional Convertible Notes.
