you really have to ask?

1. the toxic debt holders see no future
2. debt holders are ALWAYS more knowledgeable than stockholders
3. toxic and convertible "investors" only "invest" to get their MASSIVE convertible return
4. because there's no real owned directly owned assets there's no way to repay the "investors"
5. investors get VWAP priced shares at a massive discount and it's a "race to the bottom"

THE BOTTOM IS ZERO

TF, why are the dumpers showing their hands? That is extremely unusual, right? And we have 3 or 4 of them.

What you mean with "showing their hands"? I just now looked at level2 and none of the famous toxic MM's are there, of course CDEL and anybody else can be used for dumping (and they have done that) but if I see CSTI with 30k shares on the ask my first guess would be some retail guy. Now I realize you would say why would any retail guy sell here at these levels and my answer would be because there people out there who recognize (and have recognized in the past) the crazy amount of opportunity cost that you have here for years now. I'm sure some of them are dumpers as well no doubt about it.

Makes you wonder who these people are. Who Solomon is doing business with. And why they are dumping the shares.

And that is the major problem. Some over there make a pretty good living on the back of US and nordic shareholders for a long time now. It is impossible to know what kind of deals they do, what kind of people receive these shares, what their overall masterplan is, it's all based on trust and for some reason I have little trust into Solomon and friends. Gladly I lost trust back at 5 bucks or so.
