I have a feeling TEUFF is "Going Dark" soon

If that happens he will have to pay out the $2.7M in receivables to shareholders. And maybe buy back the illegal conversions.

The reason I feel this is going to happen is Boogaloo's other puplic shipping company Paragon "went dark" on this April 20th.
