Essentially they confirmed the shadiness that was previously suspected. Fluffed PR’s to stir activity, lawsuits, unpaid employees, mismanagement by Jose/Jay, various liens from customers, unpaid trades, pool constructions left unfinished. Look up New Generation Pools of Austin on Yelp and scroll down to the section that says “reviews that are not currently recommended” and read Margaret R’s review. She posted her review after Jose/Jay’s employees all abandoned AVEW’s sinking ship in January 2016.
