If everyone knows that, why are we edging to lower lows instead of an upward trend? All the same things are in place. What is the benefit of giving out certificates to pay debt down here versus a higher stock value? If the story is here to support a higher value. Looks more like they will either later authorize 10 billion and really create a new bottom or reverse. A dime sounds great but if the had legit financing they wouldn't be plowing through shares. Legit finance of operations bring a stable price...
