They'll need a reverse split of some sort. By the time the plan whatever it will be is decided will include being listed on the NYSE.... Minimum $4 and neither Mnuchin Trump or anyone else is gonna speculate what the price will do... A reverse split guarantees minimum price for listing... So it'll probably be one of the first things and without warning.... This board will definitely come to life then lol

Read charter of FNMA which was written in 1932.

I donot know about FMCC's charter.
