I'm still getting a neutral overall reading. Risk has been rising slightly but is still in the neutral zone. One of my components is bearish but it is a very short term signal. Another one is rising to near a bearish signal and can be more meaningful but is still short of a "bad" signal. The other two are benign.

Last "High Risk" signal was in late January, 2018. Last "Low Risk" signal was in January, 2016.
