TRTC has roughly 60 days to implement a second R/S without approval from shareholders. Shareholders should monitor O/S balance carefully as the R/S only affects the O/S. First R/S cost shareholders 15 shares for every one.

What will the second R/S multiplier be ?

IMHO the R/S that was approved last Sept will occur by this April as the company is averaging 25 million shares a month in dilution. That alone will increase the share price well over one or two dollars a share depending on the multiplier used. IMHO "
