After the spin off you’ll own 2 stocks, with new symbols. RBIZ is going to get a new symbol and name, it will be by far the most valuable company and you will keep all of your shares of it. Then the Real Estate business will be spun off into a new company and you will receive shares of it, based on how many RBIZ shares you own.
