Right, a million or two shares would be mich less painful, however as we've seen mgmt do in the past...add 50% to common shares and raise some big money while cutting price in half. Cant believe they would be that inept at this time, but this mgmt team has done it in the past.
They've spoken about build out of facilities around the world...the only way they'll accomplish that is debt or cap raise...and im not sure how much debt they can secure with history of losses?
